DIVINKU

Small and medium high-tech enterprises (SME) are typically characterized by a high diversity of occupational groups. The DIVINKU project uses this divesity to develop an innovation culture which pushes product and process innovations.

In terms of a dynamic changes, the innovation culture is orientated towards the characteristics of each SME. For this reason, the DIVINKU project adresses the following issues: 

• What can SME do to cope with future developments in technology and in the market?
• How can SME implement the cultural change which is introduced by the DIVINKU project?
• Which multiplicators, panels, instruments of the DIVINKU project have to be established for this purpose?
