The first Chemnitzer Seminar of the year 2025 is entitled “Test and Reliability Solutions – new opportunities for electronic components and systems” and will take place at Fraunhofer ENAS in Chemnitz on February 13 and 14, 2025.
Latest test and reliability methods not only ensure the highest quality, stability and durability of semiconductor products, but also accelerate innovations in microelectronic components and systems by reducing development times. The Chemnitz site has proven expertise in the quality assurance of semiconductor components and offers cross-industry test solutions and reliability assessments for the chip industry thanks to its unique ecosystem.
On the two days of the seminar, experts from industry and science will discuss various issues from the fields of testing and reliability with the audience in the five sessions “Test Methodology”, “MEMS Test”, “Power Test”, “Reliability – Design for Reliability and Prognostic Health Management” and “AI/Data”.
