TC TECH’s IPR protected technology, based on many years of research, generates an instant and uniform heat over a well-defined surface and then, through application of equally uniform pressure, advanced micro and nanostructures can be created in materials such a thermal polymer.
The method delivers superior results in the form of 100% replication of nanostructures from a stamper pair on both sides of a film that can be as thin as 0.075 mm regardless of area. In addition, the substrate remains free from stress, has no yellowing, birefringence nor warpage.
TC TECH’s technology opens up for the creation and mass production of more advanced patterns than presently. These improved patterns deliver considerable benefits to for example Microfluidic applications.
