By developing and manufacturing small and innovative metal components for medical technology and numerous other industries, we are doing our part to make the world a better place.
Our subsidiary Taisei Kogyo Co., Ltd. with production in Japan was founded in the 1970s for the production of plastic injection molded parts and expanded its business to metal injection molding in the 1990s. Since then, Micro MIM technology has relied on strong research and development capabilities to develop original material and continuously improve the precision of small parts. Our Micro-MIM technology enables tolerances of +/- 0.01 for dimensions less than 5 mm (only for some stainless steel material that has a small particle size) and offers our internally developed 3D-MIM (R).
The current trend towards miniaturization of devices and machines makes our Micro-MIM technology an ideal production technology for series production.
